Beautiful hotel, fine furniture, overlooks a lake, free wireless, in the heart of Celebration FL. Customer service was quite good and the rooms were clean. Nice covered patio overlooking the lake. Parking is two blocks away and $8/day or you can valet for $20/day. Bring an umbrella for the two block walk to the parking lot. It typically rains for a brief period every day and often quite hard. Food/drink at the hotel was expensive but good enough. There are many excellent restaurant choices of all prices within two miles. I did not see any children at the hotel as it appears to be geared toward the business crowd, which was why I was there. Not all rooms have balconies, USA Today available in the lobby. The room size was sufficient for my needs, but would have been crowded for a family. With the higher total cost of staying at this hotel and the inconvenience of the parking I would shop around for another hotel next time.
Perfect Getaway for a family. Posted: Wed, Jul 01 2009

We are a family that travels a lot and since my husband is a SPG member we usually stay in one of the Starwood Hotels, it's our first time stay at the Celebration Hotel and I can say it is one of the the most wonderful hotels the family have ever stayed. We arrived at about 2 pm and we requested for a double queen bed, the room with double queen bed was not ready until 4 pm, they did not want us to wait so they gave us a Junior Suite with a double queen bed that was ready right then. The resort fee was $12 per day. The wireless internet and the shuttle bus to Disney Theme Parks are included in the resort fee, the outside pool is heated and has the view of the lake. The Valet parking is available for a fee but you can avoid that by parking your car yourself accross the street safe and easy. The hotel location is great, scenic, peaceful, clean. There are restaurants, coffee shop, AMC movie theater, ice cream parlor, bike rentals near the hotel, all walking distance and the prices are reasonable. The hotel service and the employees are really nice, they can be rated 5 star on that. The room is clean, the junior suite has a small refrigerator, a good size of office desk, sitting room has a sofa bed. The beddings are nice and comfortable. Two water bottles a day in the room are free which we used to brew our coffee. We did not use the fitness facility if there is one there since there are plenty of outdoor activities you can do. The walking trail is really nice. Our stay here ended up to be the best stay we've ever had in FL.

This hotel is perfect if you must travel to Orlando. My husband and I went to visit his family and since we do not have kids Orlando can be a little tough for us. However staying at Celebrations made it all fabulous and bearable.
You step into this beautiful throw-back old world style of Fla. and this lovely amorma catches your breath. We checked into our room which had a very musty smell and no view of this lovely place. We were hungry so we said we can deal with it later. As we came off the eleavator the rain was coming down hard. So off to the bar we went where we were greeting by a very professional man. However after a few small words we were all having a great time. He made the best martini I ever had. I told him of the smell in the room and he said he would take care of it. He made a call and next thing we were moved to the lake-side with a balcany! No problem. The next two nights we continue to stop by the bar and we meet even more wonderful bartenders who were so happy to give you anything you needed from drinks to inside info on Orlando!
The area of Celebrations is filled with nice resturants in walking distance. Priced like ours here in MA. Bring your walking shoes and take the walking trails through the woods and town. Beautiful birds and deer!
If we ever have to go back to FLA. again this is were we would stay every time.
Thank you Celebrations for making our stay so lovely.
We had a wonderful experience during our stay at Celebration Hotel. Other than a forgotten breakfast order, which was taken care of immediately, we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if we return to Orlando. The staff is exceptional, the atmosphere wonderful and the food at the restaurant is stellar. All in all, we highly recommend this hotel.
I picked this hotel based on the other reviews posted on this site and I have to say thank you for taking the time to write those reviews. The hotel is gorgeous. The ambience so relaxing and the rooms are very elegant and romantic. I highly recommend a room with a water view, it's worth the additional cost. The stuff was very friendly and professional. On our first night we had a problem with a leak, I contacted guest services and they inmediately took measures to correct the problem. We did have to change room but there was nothing to it and the stuff moved all our belongings to our new room and provided us with breakfast vouchers for our entire stay. Speaking of breakfast, the plantation room was so nice and the food and service was fantastic. I can't wait to come back during our next visit to Orlando.
