What Travellers Like

The room was huge, an L shaped sleeper sofa, a wet bar, table and chairs, work desk, a large flat screen TV, vanity with sink, and the most luxurios beds I have ever slept in for a non luxury hotel! I hated to get out of bed in the morning. Big fluffy pillows, and a bed you just sank into (in a good way! The decor was warm tones, and added a cozy feel to the room. Despite the lobby area with tarps hanging and noise and workers all around, the front desk staff couldn't have been more pleasant. We were allowed to check in early, 10:30 am, and the front desk girl personally showed us the pool, and the breakfast area, and escorted us to the elevator.. Read review

Let me say that the rooms here were much better than the standard room at the RPR. All rooms have been renovated and are very nice and spacious. Beds are very comfortable, pillows nice and fluffy. Rooms have 42" flat screen HD tv (which the kids loved), free wireless internet access (which I loved), free continental breakfast daily, and an in room fridge.. Read review

As previously mentioned, very comfortable beds, large spacious couch to relax on after hitting the parks all day and 42" HD TV a huge plus! I will agree with another review that the toilet/bathtub area is tight. Only glitch we had was our room wasn't made up one day until 5 p. Staff was pleasant and accomodating and will definitely stay again, have let friends know about also.. Read review

Other than that the front desk was more than wonderful. 42" flat TV in your room is a great touch. The only thing I wish is that they would have went the step further and redid the bathrooms with the walk up showers.. Read review

STAYED AT THIS HOTEL, AND LOVED THE CONVENIENCE OF THE LOCATION TO ALL REST AND ALL ATRACTIONS!! THE HOTEL IS MODERN,CLEAN AND EVERYONE IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY!!!! BE BACK IN AUGUST FOR A LONG WEEKEND!!! GO TO THE HOWL AT THE MOON NEXT DOOR, IT'S A REAL GOOD TIME!!! AND CHECK OUT THE KOBE JAPANEESE REST 3 BLOCKS AWAY GREAT FOOD AND SHOW!!!!

Very nice place to stay. Especially if you are going to Universal Studios. About a half mile walking distance. TGIFridays and Cracker Barrel very close by. McDonalds and Golden Corral about two blocks away. The staff is very helpful and the continental breakfast was always fresh. The only downside is they do not clean the rooms very well. They do the noticeable like make the bed, put fresh towels up, but if you wear white socks around the room they will turn black. I notice the cleaning cart didn't even have a vacuum with it. But thats the only bad thing I can say about this place. If you have questions about the hotel or places you like to visit, the staff is very helpful. I-drive is easy to get to with lots of restaurants to eat at and shops to look around in.

I was looking for a hotel that was cheaper than the ones at Universal, yet still within walking distance of the parks. Not only did it take us less than 10-15 minutes to get to Citywalk, the hotel staff were extremely helpful and kind, and our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I would 100% stay here again, plus, it's located right next to a TGIFriday's, which offers dinner until late at night.
