The room was clean, and like your average everyday motel. The pool left a lot to be desired, it appeared as though it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, which probably explains why we never saw anyone using it.
Some of the front office staff came across very rude.

If you happen to be there for a time share presentation,be warned they get very nasty if you say no. Some of the front office staff came across very rude.

Not bad for the money

We've stayed in Orlando many times and didn't want to spend alot of money due to our spring break. This Motel (INN) wasn't as bad as described by other patrons. We had the opportunity to stay at the Resort at Summer Bay visiting family and we saw the Inn across the street and decided to give it a try. I had brought all my own bedding just in case and really didn't even need to use it. Really, for the money, it's worth it. And not too far away from the parks..

Horrible
Dirty and Disgusting

The room had dirty carpet and dirty walls spattered with bug droppings. We saw several small water bugs in the room during our stay. The air conditioner was noisy and leaked water. The door of the dorm-style refrigerator was stuck and couldn't be opened all the way. I will never stay in this motel again.
