Within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the convention center (16 minute walk). The front desk help was awesome, never had a problem during my stay. Rooms are nice, with plenty of seating as well.

We just got back from 8 nights at this property. We were really impressed. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and nice. The hotel was in great condition - spotlessly clean. We had a 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen. It was really spacious and well appointed. The pool was big (there was a hot tub too) and never crowded. The fitness room had 3 cardio machines (no weight equipment) and they were all in great condition. Housekeeping was good. We had a few issues with the room, which were addressed quickly and professionally. The buffet breakfast is really great - it changes daily (eggs, sausages, waffle maker, biscuits, hot and cold cereal, fruit, yogurt, toast, bagels, muffins....). The breakfast room can get crowded, but we never had to wait to find a table for 4. Coffee is available 24/7. We were about 10 mins from SeaWorld and 10 mins from Universal - very convenient! It is walking distance to Wonderworks (which is a bit of a rip off...DisneyQuest is better) and a cool mini golf course (with Ben and Jerry's!). There is a Walgreen's within walking distance too. I have traveled a lot for business and pleasure and this was one of my favourite hotels! We would definitely come back and whole-heartedly recommend it!
