Days Inn Oakland Airport - Oakland, USA 

Clean and ok. Nothing fancy at all. Check in was a little long but it was due to the front desk staff helping other guest, not lack of attentiveness. Decent Chinese restaurant at hotel as well. Shuttle runs very consistently. Only 10 minutes to airport on shuttle.

We needed a place to sleep for the night before catching a flight early the next morning and this hotel just about met that requirement. 1. Selection: Selected this hotel based on its price and distance from airport. Complimentary airport shuttle and complimentary breakfast were other factors. 2. Booking: Was on travelocity hence can't comment on the hotel's booking process. 3. Parking: Parking was adequate and free. We had an RV and were able to easily park it. 4. Check-in: Check-in was quick. The staff was not friendly but not rude either. 5. Rooms: Basic rooms with 2 double beds, a TV and a Table and chair. The bathrooms were a little small and the toiletries provided were inadequate. 6. Complimentary breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was a joke. They had coffee, tea, milk and bread. Breakfast is served on a small side table in an adjoining restaurant. My guess is that it's just a way to pull people into that restaurant and get them to pay for a better breakfast there. That's what we did and the breakfast (the one that we had to pay for) was good. 7. Check-out: Since the room was pre-paid, the check-out was smooth and quick. We arrived around 8PM and left the next morning around 9AM. This hotelis suited for exactly that kind of a stay.
