4We did not enjoy our stay at the Dylan. The rooms look nice with high ceilings and good designs and the beds are very comfortable but that was it. The 24 hour business center advertised on the internet is currently closed which was extremely inconvenient as we use the facilities to check into flights, and where other hotels will be happy to do that for you via the concierge or front desk, we were sent on a walk to the nearest Kincos in the rain with no apology for the trouble....the same front desk assistant was our non smiling check in lady who gave us no indication of the facilities the hotel had to offer (or indeed which were not available...), no suggestion of a map or any help with the city although we were clearly tourists, and reluctantly changed our room when we found we had a twin instead of a double although it took some insistence before she actually would move us. The water pressure in our bathroom was so poor that we had to have maintenance come and work on it before we could use it, and in the meantime we had to ask housekeeping for robes as although they are a feature of the rooms, apparently they are not provided automatically and you have to ask for them so if you need to call maintenance to work on the shower, ask for your robes to be brought up first....! The bathroom also is very smart but terribly designed, no shelf in the shower so all bottles have to be put on the floor and no space around the sink to put anything, it's extremely impractical. All in all for the same money in a similar great location there are plenty of other hotels that are better.
