Towels high quality and accommodating staff. Spacious superior room and iron clean. Sheets kind of stiff and very nice breakfast.

The poor bed situation and small main lobby. The lifts/elevators were also incredibly slow.

Fairly convenient location in the Times Square area and good design. The staff was incredibly friendly, rooms were spacious for NYC and having breakfast included was a nice to start of the day.

Location is very good, close to Times Square and the staff is somewhat friendly. Rooms are spacious, the breakfast spread is pretty big for a continental breakfast.
