Great location with accessability to lots of nearby facilities. Staff are trying their best to be helpful, specially bellmans, they are great.

resturant under renovation, the replacement is very poor in terms of facility and food is really bad

Good location in middle Manhattan for trips on island and the staff at the hotel is excellent andvery helpful. Rooms are very clean.

Poor atention by the front desk attendants and is better to eat something outside there are plenty of delicious restaurants.

Around the city was difficult and the hotel was perfect in terms of location as we had to be at Sloan Kettering during the days we stayed in NYC. The staff were helpful and there was a free upgrade to superior room. Breakfast was good value.
