In a residential area of Manhattan and central Park. The location of the hotel was perfect and the staff was fantastic: friendly and helpful. The room was very clean.

The location was great as a base for getting around the city, there was a huge street market set up on Broadway just round the corner from the hotel to everyone's surprise and the staff was vert friendly and helpful. Room was clean.
