Excellent location, car service available from the hotel to the airport was also great and the staff was friendly. Bath/shower were heavenly.

Location - a bit away from Time Square, this hotel is a brilliant choice for its value for money and the staff are so friendly. The air conditioning didn't work very well.

An exceptional location and hotel also very accessible via train. A great price for New York, friendly staff and room a bit small. Restaurants at the other.
