The Benjamin was a fantastic hotel in a great location and the room was unbelievably spacious and luxurious.

Regret that there was no business centre available during rebuilding and lounge was closed due to decoration we did not know beforehand. The fact that the didnt have a restaurant that was open in the evenings.

Excellent service from the staff and comfortable bed. Great little kitchen, liked the pillow selection and concierge very helpful in suggesting restaurants.

Small foyer area, the wealdorf-across the street-is a much better value and hotel overpriced for you get.
