The Benjamin - New York City, USA

My wife and two children went to New York for a combination business/fun trip...the Benjamin was as good as everyone had described it on this site...room was really large, clean and newly decorated/furnished...the staff could not have been more friendly or cooperative...the concierge got us great tickets and had lots of good suggestions and tips...I travel to NY 5-6 times per year and won't even bother checking with other hotels!!

I didn't realize that the hotel is suite-only, so I was ecstatic to see how large the room was. It was bigger than my apartment, very unusual for NYC. Their pillow menu was very thorough and fun to browse through. I had wonderful night's sleeps each night, and was not bothered by traffic noise, which was no small feat, considering I was on the third floor, and right on the corner of 50th and Lexington. The turn-down service was thoughtful. I really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel personnel was accommodating and friendly. They were responsive to all our requests. It was close to many subway stations which made traveling very easy. The room was made up in the morning and the bed prepared in the evening. It was very fancy, comfortable, and pleasant to stay there.
