WE ENJOYED OUR STAY IN THIS HOTEL. THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY, THE ROOM WAS VERY NICE AND IT HAD A FULL KITCHEN AND A NICE SIZE SITTING ROOM WITH A FLAT SCREEN TV AND ALSO ONE IN THE BEDROOM WHICH WAS A NICE SURPRIZE. THE BUFFET AT BREAKFAST WAS PRETTY GOOD WITH SCRAMBLED EGGS BACON, SAUSAGE. FRUIT, MUFFINS, BAGELS, TOAST DIFFERANT KINDS OF CEREAL AND THE BREAKFAST WAS INCLUDED WHICH WAS VERY NICE.THE BATHROOM WAS SMALL BUT FOR CLEAN THE ONLY THING I HAD AN ISSUE WITH WAS THE TOWELS AS THEY WERE STIFF AND CHEAP. ITS A VERY NICE QUIET AREA TO STAY IN THREE BLOCKS FROM THE SUBWAY AND TWO BLOCKS FROM THE SOUTH STREET SEA PORT.

my friend and I stayed there the last weekend of April. 2009 just for 1 night. The room was wonderful and the staff was THE BEST. Very helpful and friendly, it was great staying in a boutique hotel which was very quiet and near all the things we wanted to see on the lower east side. Within walking distance of everything! The room's 2 queen beds was great, wonderful bathroom, flat screen TV-I have stayed at a million hotels in NY, all with very small, older rooms- this place was such a wonderful surprise! Nice leather couch and chair--very roomy. Coffee in the morning before the buffett was even open, as we walked across the Brooklyn Bridge before breakfast, and needed the coffee! I've told everyone to stay there-can't wait to go back--it's great!!

I enjoyed my stay at Eurostars Wall Street! I visited with my friends and booked a room stating 2pax (thought that meant 2 double beds actually means 2 people) we had 1 queen bed! OMG! After speaking with company Representative Front Office Manager, Marta Valentin, she quickly pleased us with a double queen bed room with sitting area. The rooms are huge and nice!!! We enjoyed our stay especially thanks to Marta! Kudos... P.S. Kinda far from downtown area but it was cool we took the train downtown and shopped at Century 21.

The Hotel and its employee was nice, however it is located in a very quiet part of new york. It is almost impossile to find anything to eat after 5..most shops are clothes, you have to go all the way back uptown to get anything and see people in the street. apart from that it was good.

I am a business traveler and selected this hotel due to it being only 2 blocks from the office I was visiting. Upon arrival, I was notified that the hotel had changed hands and was under renovation. When I got to my room (executive room per front desk - 8th floor) I knew why they told me this. My room had walls and ceiling paint peeling everywhere. The lighting was a joke. With ever light on, you couldn't get enough light to read the newspaper. A light in the bathroom was out (I just had to screw it back in - but don't you think Housekeeping would have noticed that?) The towels were thread bare. Kmart has better towels. Accessibilty for anyone in a wheelchair would be difficult. My room was up 3 steps, so I do not understand how that would be handicap accessable. When I arrived, I went uptown and came back at night - there was a homeless person sleeping in front of the building. Even though it is wintertime, the heating/ac would not push out any acceptable air. Had to open the window (no screens - so pigon paridise!) (Note, there is scaffolding surronding the hotel since it is under renovation) On the plus side, it had a nice size fridge, full size microwave. Subway is close - 3 blocks up. I felt very comfortable at night in the area otherwise. Some good restaurants, you just have to find them. Staff was pretty friendly, as long as you can get them to come out from the backroom. All in all, stay away, at least until the renovations are completed
