streets around are noisy but -the hotel is super cool - few minuts walk to get in fun areas

Sohotel is a good priced clean and budget/boutique style hotel in the heart of China town. The rooms are an adequate size but not overly large. Bathrooms are clean with the exception that the hot water is only available in the morning... If your looking for a hotel in a good location really only to sleep and relax for a few hours a day - this place is great. It is in close walking distance to Soho, Nolita, Little Italy and the Lower East Side. There are a few subways in close vicinity too - with 1 only 1 block away. There is heaps of cheap food around as well.

A very nice budget hotel in a nice part of the city, just few steps from Little Italy, China Town and near to many subway stops. The room was not too spacious but very clean and very attractive, with its characteristic wall with exposed brick. There was also a large 32" flat Tv with lots of channels available. Highly recommended for people who are looking for a great price/quality hotel, I would definitely come back there in the future!

I wish this site was able to upload photos so that I could show you the bedbug bites that I came home with! I was just relieved that none seemed to get into my suitcase and come home with me. I would never stay here again.
