The location was good for visiting some key NY attractions, design efforts were bright and colorful, the staff was very helpful. Moreover our room was spotless.

The position is quite good to visit ny, hotel management team courteous efficient and friendly, unfortunately the size off the room was disappointing as on the website the pictures of the rooms are to be shown much larger.

Location is very convenient for the area, hotel has its own range of complimentary toiletteries and the staff seemed to be neither competent nor willing to show any friendliness. In addition the beds are comfortable.

Excellent location and the hotel was the perfect place for a getaway. The staff were lovely and bed extremely comfortable mattress cover was a bit sticky.
