This hotel had a great location and the receptionist staff were generally helpful. In addition heating worked just fine.

First impressions of this hotel was beautiful reception, the staff was very nice and helpfull, everything in the room was freshly renovated including the bathroom.

The Irish Pub located next to the hotel was fun and friendly, the staff at the frontdesk was nice to. Additionally the bathroom was large.

Literally about 30 steps from times square, staff very helpful and the wireless Internet worked well also.

We booked the Quality Hotel Times Square because of location, all the staff were helpful and pleasant, the rooms were newly renovated.
