Hotel 41 at Times Square - New York City, USA 

A Friendly Oasis

Hotel 41 was fantastic. An oasis of quiet and friendliness in Times Square. Located on 41st between 7th and 8th, it's not far from Penn Station or Times Square. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was small, like a hotel room in Paris might be, but impeccably clean and comfortable, with nice touches like Aveda soaps and such. A nice, simple, continental breakfast, served in the hotel's tiny bar, rounded out the stay. And the price was less expensive than other area hotels that my company recommended. If you want views, this ain't it. But that's not what I go to NYC for. I have already written to the hotel to tell them that our next trip in, we will stay with them again.

Central location, clean rooms and service minded staff

Service minded staff, small but clean room, very close to the subway - no problem in going with subway from airport to the hotel. A nice little hotel where the staff was very kind and helped out with relevant information to get the most of the stay in NY. If you want to be in the middle of the city life - this is the place to stay :-)

good choice

cleanliness, location and good price are the main thing here. Located at Times Square, the center of new york, a hub to any place you want to go in Manhattan. The room was very small but spotless, nice linen and pillows. The continental breakfast is good and enough to start the morning, very attentive staff, many of them speak English and Spanish. The only thing that bother was that the A/C unit is to big for the size of the room so it is noisy at night.
