Location was amazing, the hotel were happy to offer us an immediate change & did this for us we were out enjoying our day and staff were excellent at least as good as not better than on line reviews checked before booking. Room was comfy and the breakfast was quick and easy. Evening wine were great. . Read review

Perfect location, updated decor and staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, drinks at the 2nd floor cafe - that was much welcomed after a long day in NY.

The location was excellent, snacks at any time was a particular benefit that even the most luxurious of hotels does not offer and the staff in particular were friendly. In addition our room was clean and also had a great restaurant attached next door.

Location for tourists can not be beaten and right in Times Square. The staff are great and continental breakfast in the morning as part of the room price.
