Skaneateles Suites - New York City, USA 

Our first trip to the Skaneateles was made possible by our stay at Skaneateles Suites. How so? The Skaneateles Suites is a unique establishment in the Finger Lakes district, as it caters to families and their dogs. This was an important feature for us, because we really wanted to bring our dog along for a short vacation. The people at Skaneateles Suites are very accommodating and friendly towards your pet. Our dog received a personalized greeting and a nice treat upon his arrival. Although the Skaneateles Suites bungalows cater to families and their pets, there are no worries about cleanliness. The bungalow we stayed in was immaculately clean and well designed. My wife, dog and I were more than comfortable during our visit. I can say with confidence, that the bungalow we stayed in was nicer, cleaner and more comfortable than some larger name hotels. Plus, the units are very quiet and peaceful. The folks who work at the Suites are very accommodating to any requests about the town of Skaneateles , providing lots of tips about places to eat and visit. All the staff are very friendly and you can tell they take pride in the maintenance of the bungalow suites and the grounds. We had never been to the Finger Lakes region in New York State, but we intend to go again and again now that we’ve discovered such a comfortable, clean and peaceful place to stay. While trying to find a hotel to accomodate 12 people to attend my son'scollege graduation from SUNY Cortland, I stumbled upon the website for Skaneateles Hotel and Suites. What a find, an absolute wonderful property owned and managed by Curt. He and his staff were extremely helpful in making my son's graduation a truly memorable event. From my first contact with Curt to explain my options, to several cell phone calls to his staff for directions while we were driving, to an absolute fabulous accomodation and impeccable service. Curt suggested the main house which accomodated 8 of us and a bungalow which accomodated 4 more. Both units were extremely well appointed with ALL amenities and comforts. the staff was overly anxious to help with any concerns we had and Curt( the owner) checked with us several times during our stay to be sure everything was satisfactory. The property was impeccable( Curt was cutting the grass on his tractor), the main house was much more than I could have wanted from all modern applainces, new furniture, master bedroom honeymoon suite ,cathdral ceiling , 2 decks ,plenty of comfotable sitting area and breakfast buns coffee orange juice all included! The bungaloo was just as impeccable and well equiped with all amenities and also newly renovated. The location of the property is about 2 minutes to beautiful Lake Skaneateles, an absolute lovely NY Finger Lake town. Our stay at SkaneatelesSuites was to short to enjoy all it had to offer; however we will be back soon! An absolute delight and well worth the value. Make a point to visit Curt and his wonderful staff at Skaneateles Hotel and Suites!
