There was great service, mostly Juan. He was so polite and wasn't grouchy at all like the managers;I would love to go there again. There wasn't anything to dislike about it. I give it 5 stars!... and i never usually give 5!!!

The Hampton Inn is a new hotel near Seneca Lake in Geneva, NY. It is conveniently located just off routes 5 & 20 and was the perfect stop over for my husband and I as we were traveling through to Boston. It hotel was clean, staff was pleasant, rooms were comfortable and the rates were affordable. It was a perfect overnight stop for us. WE travel this route often and will plan to stay here at the Hampton again, and perhaps allow a little more time to explore the Geneva area. It is very beautiful here.

I stay in hotels a lot on business, so I really look for places where I feel at home since I&#39;m away from it so much. <br><br>The staff of this hotel greeted me like I had been coming there for years. I was so impressed by their can do attitude. Not to mention the cleanliness of the room. The beds were inviting (as most all Hampton beds are) and the room was set up well for the business traveler as well as for the family vacation. I will definitely be spending more time at this hotel as I continue to do business in the area, but I also plan on coming with my family because of how wonderful of a stay I had.
