Very nice staff, new, great rooms, really comfortable beds. I'd stay here again in a minute!

What a pleasant stay

* Clean, spacious rooms <br>* Most comfortable bed ever<br>* Nice continental breakfast, with comfortable, spacious, and well layed out breakfast area<br>* Well lit and fairly safe area<br>* Nice touches like cabinets over the microwave <br><br>Last October, our trip to Western NY was thrown into chaos by a blizzard that hit buffalo, knocking out most of the city. We scrambled to find a place in Rochester, since we had friends in Fairport we settled on this hotel.<br><br>What a delight. I used to travel for business, and this would have been a great room for a business traveler. We were well rested, well fed, and comfortable. And close to Eastview Mall as well.<br><br>The only complaint was our room was over the entrance way and late arrivals would wake me up - because of the storm there were many busses of power crews staying here from out of state, and of course, no room service, but that is not part of this chain.
