HORRIBLE Hotel !!!

This is one of the most horrible hotels that I have ever stayed in. We had a one night stay here with a pre-paid reservation through a travel site, but when we reached there, we were shocked to listen that our room was never reserved, and they would give us a room only if we made a direct reservation with them. So we had to work it out with our travel agent to cancel our old reservation, and book a room directly with them with some extra charge (we did not have any other option as all the other hotels were fully booked due to peak season). Inside, room was horrible. We even saw a bug in our room. Tiles are real dirty. Heating system does not work at all, and above all, there was a note in bathroom that "the hotel staff checks the room inventory before each check-in and after each check-out, and if they find anything missing, they charge on the customer!!". Also, the hotel staff tries to trap their customers by offering discounts on some of the nearby restaurants which sell some crapy food. Only good thing in this hotel was the showerhead which had a nice flow and was placed at a comfortable height. I have already given my feedback to the customer care staff of some of the travel sites to take this hotel away from their list. Wish it happens before several other customers go through this terrible experience!

I enjoyed my stay very much at the Royal Inn. First of all the price was much more affordable than the other hotels in the area. The was neat, clean and very comfortable. It also had all the neccessities I needed such as a microwave, refridgerator, cable tv and hot showers. I did not see any reason the other prices had at the other hotels

This motel is nicely located in victor NY off the road setting but in a very quite but near plenty of shopping just ten minutes away, Starbuck?s Coffee. Just a hop, skip, and jump from Burger King, Wendy?s and Denny?s Family Restaurant. The rooms are nicely decorated newly painted, very clean, first story rooms upfront parking. It seems like you are the only one staying at the motel, even tho you can see other people you don?t hear them. You don?t have to worry about the little things with your stay just need to sit back and enjoy a little of natures relaxation. And at no extra cost.
