Fabulous Facial - and Facility!!

I&#39;ve rarely had a facial - like maybe once in 20 years?! I had gift card and used it for a facial this evening. It was magnificent!! Lots of unexpected and soothing effects were included that I&#39;m not sure are included with a typical facial at a standard spa. <br><br>However, this is not your standard spa! There are special showers, great sauna, personalized attention, fresh rose petals, luxurious Tea Forte teas, peaceful waiting room, and immaculate facility. They&#8217;ve thought of everything. If you make the time to enjoy it all, I promise you will feel exquisitely pampered and thoroughly relaxed. <br><br>I&#39;m blessed to live nearby and can&#39;t wait to have another facial. No way am I waiting another 20 years!

Beautiful hotel. GREAT staff. Great food. GREAT staff. just as an example I was working out in the gym and a staff member went by. They returned about 1 minute later with a bottle of water for me to drink. Keep in mind there is a water fountain in the gym but he thought enough to bring me some water during my workout. That was just one of may proactive things the staff did to make my stay comfortable

This lodge was not only beautiful with wonderful amenities, but it also provided the best and most courteous service of any hotel in which I have ever stayed. I would go back there in a heartbeat.

Rude cashiers

My husband gave me the aroma therapy retreat for my birthday in March. I used it and it was very nice until I went to cash out. The cashier tried to charge me more than what it stated on the gift card. I understand prices may have gone up since then and she did end up giving it to me for the price stated on the card, but her attitude was very rude. When I asked if I could put the gratuity on my visa she stated rudely that I would have to wait a minute. I probably would have tipped more, but I felt she didn&#39;t have the time or patience to do that for me so I ended up tipping cash. This was a sour note to my experience and I probably won&#39;t come back. The cashier&#39;s name was MMerritt. Incidently when my husband went to buy me the card, he stated that the cashier was rude also.
