Great location and the entire place exudes style as do the smart. Furthermore the public-facing staff are all gorgeous and the soundproofing on some rooms could probably be better. . Read review

Fantastic location near to good subway connections and definitely the best place to stay in Manhattan as far as I'm concerned. Friendly helpful service and beautiful rooms. The high ceilings and nice robes.

Busy streets and overpriced food.

View a lovely patio of bamboo plantings, you might as well stay at a LaQuinta and the staff were very nice and helpful. Slippers were fabulous.

A great hotel and excellent staff. Comfortable bed and best mini bar. Delicious breakfast, the products good and my beautiful french doors opened to the bamboo courtyard.
