The curtains opened to a wonderful view of NYC, the hotel looks ten times better than the old Rhiga and we encountered EXCELLENT service. Spacious bedroom suites and good bar next door Faces. Food fantastic, great concierge.

Then a large living area and the hotel was a BIG BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Staff was very nice well trained, bathroom was great and food in the restaurant was very good.

Clean and well located to Central Park, great location, hotel itself is very modern. Rooms are stylish.
In summary the service is very poor and in the bar the small portions are a bit of a surprise as the price doesn't reflect. Drinks are expensive.

The location is wonderful for walking to Central Park, new York hotel prices in June are very high and the modern livingroom furniture is more attractive than comfortable. Bar scene are great.

One of our rooms had great views over Central Park and the place was very clean - housekeeping did a good job every day. Staff was incredibly polite, concierge were all extremely helpful and the bedding was wonderful. The restaurant were friendly and the dinner was fabulous.
