This hotel has BED BUGS even though they claim that they have gotten rid of them. They have NOT cleared the hotel of bed bugs!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! There have been repeated reports of bed bugs since early 2009 and the hotel is still infested. I stayed there July 25th and my bed was infested with bed bugs. It is about time that they shut the place down and fix their problems before reopening again.

It worked. Do not expect customer service, but the room was neat and the decor was nice.

Brick interior walls.

The valet did not help with bags.

Great location-an easy walk to French Quarter and arts district. Also, as long as you get up at 8 p.m. to feed parking meter the next morning-or if you need to leave by that time-there's no need to pay the expense for valet parking.

Great location and hotel was redone with exposed brick-also we found convenient on-street parking.
