What Travellers Like

I have stayed here three times over the course of the past year and have fallen in love with this hotel and its staff. The pool was out the last time I was staying here, but we asked the staff at the desk and they let us know we had full use of the hotels sister pool a block away. Which, might I add was gorgeous roof-top pool. As for the comment about paying for parking, I live in Chicago and travel all across the country on business, it is quite the rare occasion to stay at a high quality non-chain hotel and not have to pay for parking.. Good location, parking staff were indifferent at best throughout my stay and the front desk clerk was helpful. The room was just fine.

Great location and the hotel was very handy to the French Quarter for fine food. Staff was friendly and my room was very quiet as I resquested. Breakfast was good.

Available room at reasonable rate in convenient location, this Hotel was located in a wonderful place and the staff was professional and courteous. Air conditioning worked well, the food was great.

Any facilities they didn't have on site, classic feel of the hotel added to our total experience of New Orleans and beds are super comfortable.

Providing a good breakfast will enhance that image and the pool is small.
