The staff stayed and helped before, during, and post hurricane. From the wonderful, hardworking lady at the front desk, to the chef, we thank God everyday that this hotel took care in a very unpredicatable situation. They were also going through a horrific experience, and continued to service the guests.. Read review

I was greeted by 2 front desk clerks who were very friendly and looked around thinking how charming this place is. I stayed in one room that was clean, well maintained and up-to-date. Every single staff member that I crossed paths with was friendly and eager to help. The food is incredible, and the bar was beautiful.. Read review

Bienville street is well lighted, the location is good and the rooms are large in comparison to other hotels like the inn on bourbon. Also the price is pretty high. . Read review
