Pros: - Cheap Price - Friendly Staff Cons: - Have to Pay $20 deposit for Iron and ironing Board - No Fitted Sheets - 20miles from City (far from Airport) - 30+ miles from Bourbon Street - No guests after 7pm - Uncomfortable location - Linen smelled clean but looked dingy, dirty, and extremely old - Remote control to TV did not work properly even after staff tried to replace three different times. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

W e stayed there for the Jazz Fest weekend May 2- 3 2009, there was no air conditioning, no ice in the machines, the vending machines took your money, no coffee for the pots in the room,in one room the bathroom had no light,the refrigerator didnt get cold.

Where do we start? Pool - nonfunctional, Internet - nonfunctional, bathroom - visibly soiled, hairdryer - not present, refrigerator - not present, patio door - broken (no handle), patio also had half-eaten chicken wings included (not one of our requests). What else... the hallways were soiled, moldy and damp with falling wallpaper and the elevator smelled like urine. Despite all this the couple working were actually quite gracious about the problems but unwilling to allow any refund stating that the issue would be "up to the online entity that made the reservation". I expressed the hope that they would agree to the refund so that the review would be less harsh but they said it was out of their hands.
