From the welcome I received from the valet personnel to the front desk staff the experience started off well. As I was granted my upgrade into gold status, the room upgrade was absolutely out of this world. I received a 1 bedroom king suit which was out of this world. I would say if I had to pick the best thing about the hotel would be the concierge representative Barry which made my stay outstanding. From the local laundry the hotel uses to make it more affordable to great recommendations for restaurants in the area. If your travels bring you to the area, this is the best of the best so try to get in and experience the ultimate VIP service.. Read review

Good location, this hotel is so beautiful and historic, the lobby hallway is spectacular. The bathrooms are excellent--endless hot water and the Sazerac Bar is great. Gym is well appointed. . Read review

Our room was on the 14th floor affording a nice view out over the city, we used Hilton points so for us the value was excellent and the staff did a great job of feeding everyone. Beds were very comfy and the food was good.

Excellent location and staying at various hotels around the world. Reasonable rate and the lobby is beautiful. Bedroom must have been 14 feet high, sazarac restaurant very good - try the truffle infused fries.

The public areas were extremely nice and the huge hotel complex had a Spa. The service was fast, rooms were clean and the bar staff was professional and pleasant. The breakfasts were wonderful.

Very beautiful decor throughout, the coffee shop in the lobby has great coffee and the staff was friendly. The room was large and we also used to rooftop pool for a sunrise dip was nice.

The pool area was nice and the bed was probably the most welcome part of the stay - was fantastic comfy. Staff were polite and bathroom was set up very well. The coffee was excellent.
