The location was excellent, we were less that 1.5 blocks from Jackson Square - without all of the noise and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The bed had a lovely lacy bedspread. . Read review

If you want something quiet at a great price (I paid 99$ a night for a queen bed I believe it was). It had basic cable, a/c, a full kitchen with coffee maker, great shower and nice bathroom. Either way the only hotel in New Orlean's french quarter with a spa is the Ritz). This is basically a room you rent for however long you want. Think of it more like an apartment than a hotel room, you just get your sheets changed and room cleaned. You have a key to get into the gate inside the main gate, which is always locked at night (the nightman will open it for you ONLY if you are a guest) and another key for your room. Only complaint is for some reason I couldn't get my phone in my room to do local calls for AOL.. Read review

Perfect location to French quarter and we loved sitting on the balcony watching the Royal Street activities--an iconic New Orleans experience. Furthermore hotel is nice and bars that are on the other end of Royal- there is a coffee house three or four doors down. Rooms are big enough.

Location is good and the patio is a great place to relax. Charming in the "European-style" sense and an easy walk for 50-60 somethings to the French market.

Good value for money, great price and the staff was welcoming and helpful. We were surprised our King Room reservation actually had a full kitchenette.
