My first experience with the hotel came the day before check in when I called them to inquire as to the best way to get there from the airport. The staff member advised by taxi, and knew the rates of cabs and shuttles etc. He also said that they could help out with the various tours available. We arrived quite early (11 am or so) but a room was ready. The check was very smooth with friendly staff. The room was very good. It was clean, seemed to have a new mattress, because it was very comfortable. The bathroom seemed to have been renovated recently, was clean and well appointed. The air conditioning worked almost too well.. Read review

A great location and very surprised by the hotel. Moreover excellent front desk staff, friendly from the manager to the valet to the security guard and we didn't need the air conditioning much in August.
