Great rooms, free breakfast plus free wireless internet plus Superior Grill next door. At first hotel was staffed by the owner and one employee who never stopped working. I will continue to put guests there who want a convenient location uptown near Tulane.. Read review

The location is great and being able to park in the Inn's adjacent lot. This place is wonderful, the rates are the best deal in town and charles Inn has a friendly staff to go along. The rooms are warm and comfortable, the breakfast is good. . Read review

Perfectly located in the Garden District, right on the trolley line - so, who could ask for anything more? The hotel is atmospheric, with a warm, friendly staff. Next store, the Superior Grill (formerly known as Shan-gri-la, when I was a kid), is a great Mexican restaurant and the Columns Hotel is down the block (& across the street) when you want to enjoy a jazz brunch!. Comfortable hotel located in the Garden district and friendly staff. Nice sized rooms, free breakfast.

Lousy coffee in the very small lobby and passive aggressive maid.
