The gal on the phone was great and offered us a great rate for the weekend ($59. The room we were in was bright and airy and overlooked the St. The staff was excellent~ never a frown on their faces. It is definitely a true "New Orleans" stay at the Avenue Garden!. Read review

The location was perfect ~ right on the trolley line and the room had a modern decor. The staff were friendly and our beds were quite comfy. Their continental breakfast was great. . Read review

The location nearly perfect: central to any part of the city and the Avenue Garden Hotel is a great place. The staff is very courteous and helpful, there's free wireless access in the rooms.
