Perfect location, good quality and reasonable rates. The staff was great and the rooms were very beautifully painted and furnished. The continental breakfast in the morning was much better than I anticipated. . Read review

By Car: - From Interstate 10 take the business route 90 towards the Mississippi River, the west bank. - Exit at Carondelet/St. Charles Avenue. - Proceed through the intersection and follow the service road to St. Charles Avenue. - Turn right and the hotel is two blocks ahead on the right.

Steps away from trolley stop, new Orleans and served in the comfortable pool house. Very reasonable rates and friendly service. Spacious clean rooms and high ceilings.
Coffee not very hot, check-in was slow because there was only one person on staff.
I was a quiet location in a city, liked the design of the hotel arranged around
courtyards built in sympathy and most of all the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and breakfast was a reasonable selection of hot.
Fairly convenient location - took the streetcar to attend the jazz festival, the decor was very nice and all of your staff was great. Bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good.
