Very nice hotel. Quiet location, not on crazy Bourbon street but very very convenient short walking distance to all the attractions of the French Quarter. A/C worked great, water pressure and tempurature was great. The only thing I would improve is the shower light fixture cover was missing and shower door didn't fully enclosed shower so you had to be careful of water spraying out onto the floor. Very attractive room and hotel in general.

The hotel has been remodeled over the past 3 years since hurricane Katrina. We were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the renovated room we stayed in. The hotel is within a reasonable walking distance to Harrah's casino and the French quarter attractions and is close to the parade routes during Mardi Gras.
Great location to New Orleans attractions, great and helpful staff.
The hotel is basically blocked off during Mardi Gras parades so you need to plan your arrival and departure times with great care around the parades.

This hotel is a great value! The location is wonderful - two blocks off of Canal Street - away from the noise of the French Quarter, but an easy walk there and also the St. Charles trolley line. The room was fine - quiet and no complaints. The front desk staff was helpful, and had great local recommendations. We will be back!

The hotel was nice and the location was great. Close to Mother's and Bourbon St. The bathroom was odd. It had half of a shower door instead of a curtain. The soundproofing was awful. We were located directly by the elevator so, that may have something to do with the horrible amount of disturbances while sleeping. The parking was reasonable and the valet service would bring your car around even if you just needed to get something out of your car.
The staff was really helpful with everything.
The sound proofing for the rooms were awful.
