Spent four nights in Naples to get away from the theme parks of Orlando.
Booked directly with the hotel, got a package, stay 3 nights, get 4th free. It's worth looking at their specials on their website.
Location is great, right in the middle of Olde Naples, you can walk everywhere (bit fare to 3rd street area and beach but there's parking everywhere). Hotel promote their valet parking but they have a large car park at the rear of the hotel which is free.
We had a King Pool View on the 2nd floor which is a great spot to be in, out balcony lead straight to pool area, which is much better than their pictures show. Quite popular but there's enough loungers and towels for everyone.
Rooms themselves are a little dated, they could do with a makeover. However, they are comfortable with a large bed and sofa and very spacious. Maid service was very efficient, they serviced the room early and quickly. Front desk staff helpful. You can borrow chairs and an umbrella for the beach (you'll need it, there's nothing there). You can rent fridges for $10 a day, we bought a huskee poly cooler box from the supermarket and filled it with ice, which worked fine. The nearest supermarket for snacks and lunch etc is the Wynn's Market on 9th (US41) a few minutes away.
Naples is a very classic town, we're in our 30s and found it a little old and staid for us, restaurants are all very formal and expensive. We preferred to drive out to the Waterside Mall where there is a Bricktops (excellent), Brio Tuscan Grill and a California Pizza Kitchen, all are busy and have great atmospheres. Takes around 10 mins to drive there.
Not sure we'd go to Naples again but would recommend this hotel for location, cleanliness and pool area.
