2.3When i visited the Indian Creek Hotel or suites, I was quite surprised to find out that they were actually neither. It wasn't a condo nor any kind of suites. It was an apartment that I guess no one was renting so management decided to rent the rooms out like a boarding house. There is no front desk or check in counter. Only people who will answer the phone to give directions and tell you what they can't do. When I arrived I couldn't get in the building and this was around one in the afternoon. Then after calling them, a woman appeared from nowhere and open the gate that lead to the apt. She simply gave me a key and left. She didn't even ask my name or if i needed anything. The apt was a little small but ok. They used the art of minimalism to decorate which was ok too. The bed was not very comfortable and the sheets made me itch. Then the room was FREEZING. There wasn't a thermostat in the room (B1) so I had to call what seemed like someone having a party. They passed the phone around to different people until one guy said he would check on it in a little while , which turned out to be never. I froze the whole night. There was no iron, alarm clock, not enough towels, no room service, and literally no one to talk to about it. The apartment complex was not even as close as it advertised to the beach. The only plus was the pizza place around the corner which had great lasagna and calamari. I wouldn't recommend the Indian Creek Suites to anyone unless you are really into self service and like to bring everything else besides yourself.
