Not bad for the money

TV - ask for a remote from the front desk. Dont expect the stations to come in too clearly. Continental breakfast - dont expect much beyond coffee and a simple pastry. Location - across from the beach is beautiful. Neighborhood not great at night. Clean enough but a cockroach was spotted and the cleaning smell clearly covered up something. Slight renovations might be nice. Overall good buy for the money.

This place stunk soo bad. Like strong perfume with a mildew scent. Front desk people weren't nice either...

The hotel website made this place look like a chic little getaway on the beach. Please do not be fooled, this place was truly AWFUL. The rooms were absolutely FILTHY- stains on the sheets and towels, dirty bathroom with a toilet that did not flush, bugs crawling on the filthy carpets, trash in the hallways- a true nightmare! To top it all off, the staff was extremely rude and could care less about the hotel's poor condition. (In fact, the manager blamed it on the busy season.) After taking one look at our room, we decided to cancel our previously booked five nights- for which the manager did not approve despite the fact that there was a 24 hour cancellation policy WRITTEN IN THE CONTRACT! We ended up having to pay for a portion of our intended stay, but I would much rather have lost the money than ever stay in such a filthy place again. Not only will I be filing a complaint, but I will also pass my experience along to anyone considering staying in this hotel. IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Spend a few extra dollars and stay elsewhere.
