Princess Ann Hotel - Miami Beach, USA 

Great stay, great room and great location!!!

The rooms are very inexpensive for the South Beach area. After reading some rather bad reviews I was skeptical about staying here five nights, but when I saw the room, my fears subsided. The room is rather small but that didnt really matter because we rarely were in the room with all the happenings around South Beach. The housekeeper for our floor was very friendly and efficient. The room contained a mini fridge so we were able to purchase our own beverages and keep them cold. The bathroom was spotless and the room smelled great. The hotel does not have central air but each room is equipped with a window AC which we kept on 24 hours a day. The front desk staff are also very friendly. I can honestly say the only thing that I disliked about the hotel is their "no visitors" policy. I guess this is enforced because they have alot of guests that are young and meet people in the area for hook-ups. All in all, I am likely to stay at The Princess Ann hotel again. It has a prime location. One block to the beach and close to bars, clubs and restaurants. The hotel also is not handicapped accessible as there is no elevator.

Don't let the picture fool you. Our room had crack down the wall plus had dirty spots all over the walls. Hopefully, you arent on the 3rd floor and have to pull all your bags up the stairs like we did. The staff dont even bother to help or make it better speak english. They had out door table and chairs in our room. The bathroom was joke!! I demanded change rooms or i wanted go to different hotel The free breakfast was also joke I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

I have to say that the reviews on this Hotel were mixed so my husband and I decided to head on down. The Husband and wife that own this Hotel are were very warm and friendly people. Please don't expect alot with the Hotel because there is nothing to do your only in South Beach for one reason and that is to have fun on the Beach and see the sites. The room was clean! They do charge a refundable $20.00 key deposit so just return it and you get it back. We had no problems leaving anything in the room it was still there when we got back. The continential Breakfast was simple but good. Thank you again for everthing.

We got an excellent deal and we got what we paid for. Not a luxurious hotel by any means but the location can't be beat and the room was clean and the front desk was extremely pleasant and very helpful. I would for sure stay there again.

Clean, friendly and one block from the beach

The hotel is just one block from the beach and the Art Deco area. The front desk clerks were friendly and helpfull - we arrived at 12.20 and we got our room before 1.00 even if the check in time was supposed to be 3.00 PM. The lobby is elegant with soffas and coffe tables. In the morning one can take a cup of coffe and a light breakfast (included). The room was clean, with TV, AC, refrigerator and microwave. Then, you are in Miami Beach, palms everywhere and, as said, you are just one block from... everything.
