Winter? Forget about it. Where else would you rather be? Mild temperatures, sandy beaches, local attractions and the legendary South Beach lifestyle make your visit a trip to paradise. This hotel ensures your stay even better with their personal service and attention to detail.
Summer? Hot? Where? Maybe where YOU are. How about a constant sea breeze to gently flutter the napkin underneath your icy Rum Runner or to rustle the shady palm tree above your beach blanket?
Spring and Autumn - more of the same - but made even more memorable with your comfortable home away from home - the Princess Ann Hotel.
Location
South Beach and South Florida have it all, unless you want to snow ski, and someday soon, you'll be able to do that as well. The friendly folks at the Princess Ann Hotel will help you find just the right activity.

Sailing, golfing, roller blading, swimming, skydiving, bungee jumping, fishing, sunning, shopping, nightclubbing? Yes and yes again.
How about a trip to a world-class cageless zoo (Metro Zoo) - where the animals roam free behind protective moats? Hop in your car. Perhaps you'd care to spend a day at world famous Sawgrass Mills Outlet Mall? Millions of others do every year. You'll find everything you can imagine.
Speaking of world-class, check out the local sports scene - professional baseball, basketball, football, ice hockey, and soccer teams call South Florida home.
