But a quick review of all the top properties revealed they all have similar problems with service and attitude. We were greeted kindly at the drive on arrival, same at reception (fresh lemonade immediately passed). We found though we'd booked an oncean front king we'd instead been ungraded to an ocean front apartment. So we had a view of the pool and ocean the entire trip, with plenty of space to relax in (two baths, sitting area, bedroom). Through the rest of our 5-day stay, we encountered nothing but friendly, helpful, professional staff. The only inconviences were when there were private party areas roped off (and this happend daily) which required finding a new route to the room.. Read review

The staff at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. Louis and knew our room would not be ready so Brian kept our luggage and took our cell number so he could call us as soon as our room was ready. A wall of glass seperates the shower and over-sized tub from the rest of the room. I will say, it is almost impossible to get a spot at the pool. We overheard a woman on the beach say she had reserved eight chairs at the pool but she never moved her rather large rear off the beach chair all day. Oh well, who needs a pool when you have such a wonderful beach only steps away? But, it's a vacation and when your paying this much for a room, you should be able to buy a drink.. Read review
