Hi, thank you for a great stay. our room was very nice and clean,your housing department is very detailed. your front desk staff was always there and eager to assist us with our needs. on our next visit we will consider staying at the mimosa. again thank you for all you did to make our stay a pleasant one.

Very disappointed

I was expecting something better for this area. There was not much privacy since the walls were so thin and you could actually conversations all during the night. There was little hot water and the bath tub was situated in a way that the faucet handles were very difficult to reach and adjust. The TV was situated to the left of the bed and the TV controls/DVD worked only after much persuasion. We had to change out our own sheets on one day since the maids did not arrive. Also, we requested 2 additional bath towels and we were never allowed any more than the 2 provided.

Wir haben 13 Tage im Mimosa verbracht und sind jetzt seit vorgestern in Berlin. Unsere Eindrücke sind noch sehr frisch. Das Hotel hat uns angenehm überrascht. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, das Hotel sehr sauber( kein Ungeziefer!!!) Das Zimmer hatte einen Kühlschrank (war optimal bei den heißenTemperaturen) und sogar eine Mikrowelle. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und hell, die Klimaanlage funktioníerte einwandfrei und war nicht zu hören. Jeden Tag wurden die Zimmer gereinigt. Ein Pool gehörte zur Anlage, der Zugang zum Meer war fantastisch. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht, was aber einem deutschen Frühstück nicht entsprach, es gab 2 Scheiben Tost sowie ein kleines Butterpäckchen und 2 Marmeladenpäckchen, dazu eine Tasse Kaffee, Tee , Milch oder Orangensaft. Wir haben uns dann noch Brötchen, Wurst, Käse und Cornflakes im Supermarkt gekauft und zum Frühstück mitgebracht, das war kein Problem sondern dort einfach üblich. Wir können dieses Hotel wirklich empfehlen, die Bushaltestelle ist fast vor der Tür, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe und in großer Auswahl. Ausflüge nach Downtown Miami dauern mit dem Bus ca. 40 - 40 Minuten, nach Southbeach ca. 20 Minuten. Die Busse sind alle klimatisiert, eine Fahrt kostet $1,50 . Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub - auch dank dieses Hotels.
