We have been in Lorraine for two times and last time it wasnt so good. First- we asked 3 days for extra blankets and nobody didnt bring them (it was pretty cold in the nights and we have 2 babys) and the main reason we will avoid this place is that sometging got lost and hotel just ignored our complaints (they just told that they didnt found my stuff- yeah I know that was my prolem that I couldnt find my things:)).. That was strange that they didnt care very much when I told about the missing thing. So, if you will go to this hotel, dont leave youre personal belongings on the bed - put things to youre suitcase and lock it! ! ! ! ! ! Latin bakery/store downstairs is great and beach is very close.

We actually paid for one night at this dump but didn't stay there. After we saw the condition of the place, we feared for our safety and left immediately. The "aroma" of an illegal substance was so strong in our room that I was honestly afraid my 2 children would get high. I was truly afraid at this hotel. Nasty. Dump. Horrible. Scary staff too.

Don't stay here!!

I was thoroughly unimpressed at each turn. If it is at all possible, stay somewhere else. The room had mold stain in the ceiling directly over the bed. The noise in the corridors was so loud that it was almost impossible to sleep. Housekeeping in the room itself was horrible and the bathroom was old and dirty. The staff was not accomodating or friendly. It's an old , run-down hotel and looks nothing like the pictures. Do not stay there.
