very clean, not well isolated rooms though. we heard people talking next door.

i spent 2 niights in the hotel with my wife,though we spent ~ 6 hrs in the night in the hotel,total experience was reassuring,it worth for the money.the hhotel is old,and room looks neat,good barthroom,the main drawback i noted was snoring sound from the neighbouring rooms,and i dont know why there should be an extra door from the room to next room aoart from the hallway,they do have the free breakfast but its same everyday,bed is with a metal frame and noise was somewhat bothering...................but altogether its worthwhile for the money,i forgot to mention there is a nice pool,eventhough we couldnt get a time to get in to it.

Just 15 minutes by walk to lincoln road (otherwise you can use the bus in the back street of the hotel at 2$ for run)and the center of the life in south beach; good rate between price/quality but is a little bit high respect the hotel price in the rest of the state: here we are in south beach and thhat's another world! Good breakfast and employees; 25 minutes by taxi from intern. airoport (40$). If you want to stay quite, stay here.

I stayed for a long weekend while college kids were on spring break. There didn't seem to be too much rowdiness in the hotel and it was quiet despite the fact that there wasn't much sound insulation between the rooms. The pictures are a little deceiving, it doesn't look THAT good in person, though it wasn't bad. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free breakfast left something to be desired: scrambled eggs, toast, sliced ham, corn flakes, and granola every day. Needs more breakfast variety. Bar was closed and only thing to do was play billiards or swim in the pool, which was nice. Across the street from a quiet beach. We rented a car and had no problem finding street parking on the same block as the hotel. Street parking is very inexpensive. Bed wasn't that great. Everytime my partner moved, the bed shook terribly and I woke up. Had a hard time sleeping. Overall, had a good experience.

a good hotel for a short stay
