We really enjoyed our stay here - very modern hotel, clean rooms and comfortable bed. The location suited us perfectly with easy access to the beach. We found all the staff we encountered to be very friendly and really helpful. We would very happily stay here again and will recommend this hotel to friends. Driving directions:
From I-95 (North or South) take 195 East to Arthur Godfrey Road ( becomes 41 St.) . Exit right going South on Indian Creek Road. Make a left on 39th Street. Hotel is on the left with entrance on Collins Avenue.

We really enjoyed our stay here - very modern hotel, clean rooms and comfortable bed. The location suited us perfectly with easy access to the beach. Circa 39 did not charge for the cancellation as long as we were out by 11 the next morning, the staff was reasonably friendly for Miami and our beds were very comfortable.
