It all started when I called to make the reservation. Leo helped me with making my reservation. When checking in, I was welcomed again by the front desk clerk, which by coincidence, was Leo. He told me and my wife where everything was, the bar, the bistro, the beach, good restaurants etc. When he found out, he checked to see if there were any suites available. There was one, and he upgraded my wife and I to a suite.. Read review
