Location - right off the beach - great restaurant on site - start of a great strip to walk, the room maids are the best thing to be mentioned.

This should have been clearly pointed out at hotel details and the penguin front desk is tiny.

Central location: close to the beach and food: The Front Porch Cafe is a great place for any meal. The front desk clerk made us feel so much better and all rooms have been renovated.
