So you might not like the outside of this hotel or it&#39;s parking facilities, but I tell you - the rooms are amazing. They are huge and have very comfortable beds, newer carpets, ginormous bathrooms, fridges, microwaves, nice comfy armchairs and HUGE flat screen televisions. I wanted to move in. I&#39;m serious. <br><br>Biggest downfall is that they are right on the 101 so you&#39;ll hear some traffic noise. But I turned the fan on and couldn&#39;t even hear it after a minute.<br><br>I loved everything about this hotel. I was on the 4th floor facing the street...but could imagine a nice long stay here. The bathroom was bigger than my kitchen back home.<br><br>LOVE LOVE LOVE this hotel and will stay here every single time I come to Los Angeles, which is often.

front desk staff always had other things to do first then wait on me. It was a chore to answer my questions. Hotel VERY dirty throughout--never saw or heard a vacuum--evident by the hallways and bedroom. When I left a note to clean kitchen area that was dirty on my arrival, just cleaned coffee pot; walls and counter still left dirty. Blanket had body fluids on it at check-in. Yuck! Staff loud starting at 5:30 am. Bathroom window broken--would not totally close let alone lock. This place is in dire need of a quality assurance program starting with front desk. Location is good if looking for Hollywood activities.

Recommended by an L.A. friend of ours. Sure enough, it was right near Sunset Blvd, Hollywood &amp; Vine plus a lot of nice restaurants and bookstores &amp; right next to the freeway for easy travel. The room had a nice little kitchen area, couch and a large bathroom. The staff was very nice and helpful too. It helped make our trip a very enjoyable experience. The only minus was that the Internet connection (which was high speed and free) dropped out now and then. Otherwise, stay there!

The parking was close and easy in and out. The rooms were clean. The diner downstairs was good. I would stay again.
