I was really hesitant about booking this hotel due to the other reviews. It turned out to be a very pleasant stay and I had no problems at all. This hotel is actually two different buildings. There is the old main hotel and the newer (but by no means new) "pool building". I stayied in the newer buidling and found it has been updated and was very clean. The room itself was very nice and decorated in a Hollywood theme. The bathroom was great with a double headed shower in a very large shower stall. It wasnt in the nicest area but then there are not really a lot of nice areas near Hollywood. I would book this hotel again.

Good hotel, my friend & I stayed here whilst on our road trip, good location, near to the walk of fame/Kodak theatre. We got upgraded because the lift wasn’t working so we had a bigger room, bigger bathroom. The restaurant attached is very cute, proper American style diner, great breakfast!
