I did not receive same condition room as mentioned and request for one i choose and got even a down grade room at same price. the staff only said it's same price don't matter.

Wife and I stayed at this great hotel. They waited on us "hand and foot". A very customer service oriented hotel. Agruably the best hotel on Ocean Avenue! I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN! Drinks are pricey but very good - Dirty Martini's. Food is excellent at this hotel.

amazing stay

I had the most amazing stay at the Oceana this past month. We had the most spectacular view from our ocean view suite and the room was HUGE. The bed was very comfortable and the pastel colors in the room made us feel so welcome. The lounge is so cozy and the food is excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and more than willing to help us with finding restaurants and other places to go in Santa Monica. I would recommend this hotel to anyone I know.
