The service at this hotel was above and beyond our expectations. Everyone from valet to front desk to the bell desk to concierge was helpful! We were checked in well before check in time to a wonderful room with an excellent view of Beverly Hills and the Hollywood sign! There was always someone in the lobby willing to help us with our bags or open the doors for us or to help us with directions to our destinations.. Read review

The staff here is wonderful and attentive and we can't say enough about the restaurant! With all the great dining here, we chose to eat the majority of our meals here and were always very satisfied. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and decorated to make you feel like you are truly in Beverly Hills.. Read review
