In a great location, the whole place was super clean and directions were posted inside the building. The price was cheap, front desk manager was absent and also came to notice that there seemed to be people living in some rooms were very unfriendly. The restaurant next door made very convenient for breakfast was very good.

We liked the bus stop next door to downtown Santa Monica and or up to UCLA. Friendly and welcoming staff, clean room, large dresser w/ mirror. Good restaurants.
